TIME MANAGEMENT PLAN

At a certain stage, the biggest constraint in the business is no longer:

  • Lead flow

  • Team

  • Delivery

  • Pricing

  • Market

It is the owner’s time.

When you are the primary leader, decision-maker, problem-solver, and visionary — your time determines the speed of the business.

The question is not:

“How do I fit more into my day?”

The question is:

“What should only I be doing — and what must be delegated, automated, simplified, or stopped entirely?”

When the owner spends their time in the wrong category, the business slows.
When the owner protects their high-value time, the business grows.

Your Coaching Assignment

For one week:

  • Track how you spend your time

  • Classify each task by the matrix above

  • Identify what must be delegated or eliminated

  • Rebuild your weekly schedule around high-value leadership time

This is how you shift from being the hardest worker in the business
to being the leader of the business.
