We collect only the information we need to run our websites and deliver our services, we use service providers to help us do that, and we do not sell your personal information.

Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy is issued by Life2Live, LLC, doing business as CoachPro, 539 W. Commerce St #1793, Dallas, Texas 75208 ("CoachPro," "we," "us"). It covers information we collect through our websites, including gocoachpro.com, our free tools and reports, our programs and memberships, and our software, including Funnel Boss, Setter Boss and Meeting Boss. It is part of our Terms of Use.

How we use it

To run our websites, programs and software, and to provide the services you ask for.
To prepare your free report, and to let the CoachPro coach preparing it review it with you.
To process payments, keep records of your purchases and of your acceptance of our Terms, and respond to chargebacks.
To send you information about our programs, events and services, which you can stop at any time (see Text messages and email).
To improve our content and tools, including by using information in a form that no longer identifies you.
To keep our services secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We use financial statements and tax returns you send for a free report only to prepare and discuss that report with you, and for no other purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only:

with the CoachPro coach preparing or presenting your report or working with you;
with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website and CRM platform, payment processor, email and text messaging providers, video meeting tools, and contractors who support our team, some of whom work outside the United States, each bound to protect your information and use it only to provide their services to us;
when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of CoachPro, our members or others; and
with a buyer or successor if CoachPro's business is sold or reorganized, under the same protections described here.

We do not pass inquiries or reports from business owners on our websites to accounting firms or other licensees.

Data we handle for members and accounting firms

Members' data in our software. When a member puts their own contacts, client records or messages into Funnel Boss, Setter Boss, Meeting Boss or our members' site, we hold and process that data on the member's behalf, to provide the software. The member decides what goes in and how it is used, and is responsible for having the right to collect it and for honoring their contacts' requests. We do not use it for our own marketing.

Accounting firms' client data. When an accounting firm licensed by CoachPro uses our platform to deliver a program to its own clients, we act as the firm's service provider. We use that client data, including any tax return information the firm's client has consented in writing to share, only to provide the platform and program to the firm. We may also use it in a form that no longer identifies any person or business, for example to build benchmarks. We do not use a firm's client data to market to those clients, and the firm's agreement with us sets further limits.

If you are a client of a member or a licensed firm and have a question about your information, please contact that member or firm first. We will help them respond.

Text messages and email

Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your sessions, account and our services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Email. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We will still send messages about your account, purchases and these policies.

Cookies and advertising

Our websites use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure and show our ads, including on Facebook and Instagram. Our advertising partners may set their own cookies to recognize your browser across sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account; some site features may not work without cookies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access limited to the people who need it and providers bound to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Financial statements and tax returns sent for a free report are kept only as long as needed to prepare and discuss the report and keep a record of it, then deleted or made anonymous.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email [email protected] with your request. We will confirm your identity and respond within the time the law requires, and in any case within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Some information we must keep, for example payment records and our record of your acceptance of our Terms.
